I have a rather large module that I have recently set up for shareable editing. All level 1 objects are sorted alphabetically and each level 1 object's level 2 children are also sorted alphabetically but I would like to be able to see all level 2 objects alphabetically. Is there a way to ignore an object's level and sort the module alphabetically based on the object text?
Thanks,
Adam

I was trying to sort by right clicking the column name and that didnt work. It works just fine from the Tools menu.

Don't sort much but it seems to be working for me. Right-click on Main column and sort, and I see that section 1.1.10 sorts before 1.1.2 as expected. Perhaps explain "didn't work".
I wonder about your desire to insert the level 1s and each of the level 2s originally in alphabetical order.

The sort option was greyed out when I tried right clicking. Still relatively new to DOORS so I suspect I had a filter on or something that prevented it from working. In either case, it's a large module that many people edit so shareable editing was desired, but for admin purposes it's useful to be able to sort the level 2 objects regardless of which grouping theyre in. I just tried right clicking again and had no problems - must have been in a different view when it was greyed out. Thanks for your help.
